It was weird on the first day.
Quiet. Kinda lonely.
Just me and the birds wondering who was in their villa.
It felt exactly like 9 years ago when I moved my office out of the house and into the granny flat below.
A cold basement on Waiheke Island with no heating complimented by a beautiful view of the ocean.
It preceded the biggest season of revenue growth of my life.
I built and grew two million dollar profit products in that musty basement on my own.
When my first marriage ended I bought a new villa and for me and the kids and my new office kicked off the biggest season of profit in my life.
The Brazilian came along and we kicked off the biggest season of baby growth in my life. New Baby Kemp 4.0 is on the way.
I decided to move to the villa next door.
New office. New gym. New classroom for events.
New season.
This will be the biggest season of building in my life.
You have to push all the chips in when you see the big lever that only comes along a few times in life.
Environment is an under appreciated adaptive mechanism.

Just changing the room you work in can have profound effects on your energetic output.
While my work is speeding up my creation is slowing down.

I’m becoming avowedly anti-social and discerning when, where and how I show up online.

Speed is the new alpha and frankly 98% are too slow, scared and indecisive to originate in real time.
