Building SolOS to serve a large group of people who don’t have access to me is a learning journey.
I’ve done many low-touch memberships and communities before, but when you throw AI agents into the mix, it’s a whole different ballgame.
The friction of accessing and getting results evaporates, and they’re working with “you” in real time.
And I made two wrong assumptions.
That the majority of people are going to use the app to create a new offer
And that they were going to create new content and marketing.
After speaking to and polling users, both of those things have proven to be much less true than I thought in the beginning.
Most people joining have an offer, but they want clarity on the offer, clarity on the pricing, and clarity that the offer will do what it’s intended: Convert into clients.
Most people joining the platform have some kind of content, some kind of marketing, but they want clarity on things that work and things that are effective over just doing things that might get a result.
It shows how silly I can be sometimes.
Like the time, I spent eight weeks building a $500 course for local businesses teaching them marketing, then found out the local businesses didn’t want to do any marketing.
The time I use messaging for introverted entrepreneurs, and found out that introverted entrepreneurs don’t identify as introverted entrepreneurs.
Many such cases.
Products improve, nowadays faster than ever, by real feedback.
The feedback is helping make SoloOs grow and grow every day.
And the cycle of clarity is a natural one.
Clarity breeds confidence.
Confidence breeds cash flow.
When you have clarity, you can confidently make offers and make content.
When you have confidence, that transfers to your audience, and the cash flow is the byproduct.
When the cash flow is coming from clients, you get more clarity, and the cycle continues.
Priority first, confidence second, cash flow third, repeat.
This is the way.
