Maybe there still is but I remember how much grind I went through to create my first $1m coaching offer.
If I knew then what I know now, then I would have done it in a third of the time with a fraction of the effort.
In the closing weeks of 2025 I bolted on a $1m new revenue stream in 9 weeks.

Coaching has always been a high margin business.
Ai allows a new type of scale in every category - delivery, sales and marketing.
We will see some scarcely believable scale achieved by those who get the ingredients right.
We will also see some incumbents fall and become irrelevant.
Technology can be magical but it doesn't exempt us from maths.
Maths in the economics, maths in the audience, maths in the process.
The fundamentals get you there.
But if you max the maths then it just comes sooner.

Sell more people, sell more to the people you have and keep your people for longer.
Lot’s will claim magic in brand, positioning, copy, etc etc but they are bells and whistles.
Without the core economics and the maths, they are empty vessels.
